  • 1/2 pint heavy cream 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup white vinegar 2 tablespoons dry mustard 1/2 teaspoon salt 4 egg yolks, beaten


Put first 5 ingredients in double boiler. Stir. When hot, slowly add the beaten yolks, beating constantly until it thickens. Serve with baked ham or baked ham slice.

Yield: 1 1/2 Cups
