Prince Higashifushimi Yorihito (1867–1922) was a Japanese imperial prince and admiral in the Imperial Japanese Navy. A member of the Fushimi-no-miya house, he played a key role in modernizing Japan’s naval forces during the Meiji era. He visited Mount Vernon in 1918.
