Baron Roman Romanovich Rosen (1847–1921) was a Russian diplomat who served as ambassador to the United States.
According to the 1932 book Mount Vernon, its owner and its story, Baron Rosen visited Mount Vernon in 1905, at the end of the Portsmouth Peace Conference.
