Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons powdered sugar
  • 1 pint half and half
  • 4 jiggers dry sherry
  • Nutmeg
  • Directions

    Beat together eggs and sugar with a wire whisk, add half and half and sherry. Pour over cracked ice, shake and strain. Serve in stemmed glasses adding a dash of nutmeg to each.
