Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup corn meal
  • 1 tablespoon butter, soft
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Scald milk in small pan and pour slowly over corn meal in large mixing bowl; mix well. Cream buttez eggs and salt until light. Combine with corn meal mixture. Pour mixture into 9-inch greased pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until brown on top.

    Serves 4
