Follow these steps for getting a refund on the Mount Vernon App or Agent 711 Spy Adventure app through Apple or Google Play services.
For iPhone and iPad:
- Go to Apple's problem reports page: http://reportaproblem.apple.com/
- Log in with your Apple ID username (typically, your email address) and password.
- Select the "Apps" tab.
- Locate the purchase you want refunded.
- Select "Report a Problem" to the right of the purchase.
- Select the reason you want the refund from the "Choose Problem" dropdown.
- Fill in the description in the "Describe the problem" field, as appropriate.
- Select "Submit".
For Android (Google) Devices
After purchasing an app or game on Google Play, you can return it within two hours for a full refund.
- Open your Google Play app or sign into your Google Play account at http://play.google.com
- Select the menu button in the top left corner.
- Select "My Account".
- Locate and select the app you'd like refunded.
- Select "Refund".
Note: After the return period has passed, you'll see an Uninstall button instead of a Refund button. Selecting Uninstall will remove the app from your device, but you won't receive a refund. - Follow the instructions to complete your refund and uninstall the app.
