• 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 2 egg yolk
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • Directions

    Cream sugar and margarine. Add egg yolks. Blend throughly. Add fresh lemon juice. Cook in double bloiler until thick and glossy. Very good on poundcake. Marvelous on angel or white cake.
