• 4 tablespoons butter
  • Worcesterhire sauce
  • TABASCO brand pepper sauce
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • Juice 1 lemon
  • ½ cup brandy
  • 1 1/2 pounds sirloin steak
  • Directions

    Melt the butter in a heavy skillet. Add about ½ teaspoon of Tabasco sauce and the lemon juice. Brown the steak on both sides over high heat. Cover and continue cooking until done to your liking. Just before serv ing, pour on a couple of tablespoons of Worcestershire; sprinkle with the oregano and the brandy.

    Serves 3 to 4
