Enjoy this modern Apple Hors D'Oeuvres recipe. 


  • 2 firm, greenish, tart apples, peeled, cored and cut up
  • 2 bunches spring onions
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt


Put apples and onions in food processor to grate. Add to cream cheese, stir in lemon juice and season with salt. Serve with crackers.

Serves 8 to 10
