Renting a Smartphone
You can rent a smartphone at the ticket window, at the Guest Services desk in the Ford Orientation Center or online when purchasing general admission tickets.
Picking Up Your Rental
You will pick up your rental device at the Ford Orientation Guest Services desk and will be asked to show proof of purchase. A government issued photo ID or a credit card will be held until the device is returned. Rental devices may be returned at the Guest Services desk in the Donald W. Reynolds Museum and Education Center upon exiting.
Included with Membership
Friends of Mount Vernon will get complimentary device rental as one of the many perks of membership, including free unlimited daytime admission.
