  • 1 package frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon dried Italian salad dressing mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup parsley flakes
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Directions

    Cook spinach according to directions on the package. Drain well, pressing out all excess water. Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate covered. Will keep in the refrigerator for about 6 weeks. Serve in a small bowl surrounded by your favorite crackers.

    Serves 10 to 12
