• 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped
  • Directions

    Mix first 3 ingredients and fold in whipped cream. Serve with hot vegetables such as broccoli, asparagus, beans, etc.

    Yields: 2 cups
