  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup dry mustard
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3 egg yolks
  • Directions

    Put all ingredients in double boiler and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is the consistency of custard. Chill and serve with ham. It can be reheat in a double boiler, stirring to prevent curdling.

    Yields 1 1/2 cups
