• 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup chopped dates
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • Directions

    Beat eggs, add sugar and mix well. Incorporate remaining ingredients except for powdered sugar and mix together. Bake in a buttered 1-quart casserole for 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Stir mixture occasionally during baking. Let mixture cool to touch. Shape into balls and roll in powdered sugar.
