George Washington and the American Revolution with Mount Vernon

How can we use the personal experiences of George Washington to enrich the teaching and learning of the American Revolution in our classrooms? Engage with primary source documents and curriculum materials, hear from scholars and educators from Mount Vernon's George Washington Teacher Institute, tour the N-YHS galleries, and take a special trip to our Patricia D. Klingenstein Library to view selected archival items from our world-renowned collections. Breakfast and lunch will be served. Participants will receive 5.5 CTLE
