Visit George Washington’s Mount Vernon for a full day STEM workshop on Tuesday, February 26th focused on gaining an understanding of George Washington the designer, engineer, and architect, and the 18th century world in which he lived. Engage in collaborative activities with fellow DMV area teachers, learn from content and Estate experts, and acquire resources to foster the education and exploration of Washington’s world in your classroom. The workshop is open to all K-12 teachers, but will be aimed at upper elementary level classrooms.
