18th-Century Chicken Pudding

Warm up your evening (or afternoon) with this easy to make chicken pudding! Using only a few ingredients, you'll have a delicious and filling winter meal in no time!


Roast one whole chicken at 350 degrees Fahrenheit until done.
Cut chicken into chunks.
Melt 1/2 cup butter in sauce pan.
Whisk in 1/2 cup of flour to thicken.
Mix in chicken stock.
In a separate bowl, beat 4 large eggs and 2 cups of milk. Pour mixture into pan.
Add a pinch of salt and pepper, whisk until smooth.
Add chicken and mix well.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
