Using Your Mount Vernon Account

Visit the reset password page.

Enter your email address.

Click Submit.

You will receive an email from tickets@mountvernon.org with a personal secure link to create your password.

Click Reset Password.

Create your own password.

You now have your own Mount Vernon account!

Visit our account login page.

Click the LOGIN WITH FACEBOOK button.

You’ll be taken to a Facebook page to ask if you would like to continue. 

Click Continue.

You're now logged in to your new Mount Vernon account! 

Go to the Buy Tickets page. 

There will be a pop-up asking if you are a member.

Click yes.

You will log in to your new Mount Vernon account via email and password or sign in with Facebook.

See the instructions above if you are logging in for the first time.

You will then be taken to the grounds pass page.

Select the date for your visit and the number of visitors (including your guests).

Then click Next Step.

On the next page, next to I WANT TO TOUR THE MANSION, click Yes. 

Select your tour time.

Then click Next Step.

You should be taken to a Review Order and Check Out page. Then click Next Step.

If you have no additional payments, you will arrive at the confirmation page. If you have additional items that require payment, you will be asked for payment information and then reach the confirmation page.
