Half a curler. End marked, "_B", probably "WB" or "IB" in a circle but the first letter is indeterminate. Width is maxium width; minimum at center: 10.18mm.

Latin name: Cyphoma gibbosum. Also called flamingo tongue. Found from the southeast coast of North America to the West Indies.

Form of shank and bow apears similar to Noel Hume (1969:268, figure 87, number 7) dating to c.1740. Square shank.
