When does the conference begin and end?
Check-in for the conference will begin at 1:00pm on Thursday, April 9th, with formal sessions beginning at 3:00pm.  The conference will officially end around 5:30pm on Friday, April 10th with a closing cocktail reception.  

What is included in my registration?
Registration for the conference is $200 and includes all lectures, Thursday and Friday evening cocktail reception, boxed lunch on Friday, and shuttle transportation to and from our conference hotels.

What and when are the optional meals and tours?
During online registration, you will have the opportunity to purchase dinner at the Mount Vernon Inn for Thursday evening ($35 per person), as well as optional tours of the Mansion, Estate, and Gristmill and Distillery (starting at $20 per person).  Please visit the Schedule page for tour times, and our Registration page to sign up for dinner and tours.

What are the official conference hotels?
We are proud to have partnered with two local hotel providers for both April 9th and April 10th.  Please visit our Accommodations page for more information.
