• 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 egg, separated
  • 1 cup cream
  • Vanilla, rum or brandy
  • Directions

    Cream sugar and butter. Add beaten yolk of egg. Stir in well-beaten white egg. Just before serving add cup of cream, whipped and flavored with vanilla, rum or brandy. Can be used for any cakes or fruits.

    Yield: 1 cup
