• 10 large shrimp, cooked
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 shakes TABASCO brand pepper sauce
  • 1 teaspoon onion juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cream (measured to spreading consistency)
  • Paprika
  • Artichoke bottoms (canned or packed in jars)
  • Directions

    Place shrimp, mayonnaise, TABASCO, onion juice, salt and pepper in blender. Add cream Until spreading Consistency. Place dollop in arti choke bottoms and add sprinkle of paprika to each. Allow 2 per person.
