• 6 pound leg of lamb
  • 1/3 cup prepared mustard
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary
  • 2 tablespoons safflower oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • Directions

    Order the leg boned and rolled. Keep the bones. Mix the remaining in gredients and brush all over the lamb, preferably the morning before serving to allow the flavors to penetrate. Roast the lamb at 325 degrees for 1½ to 1¾ hours, depending on desired pinkness. Put the bones in the roasting pan for added flavor.
