• 4 to 5 pound pork roast
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Directions

    Marinate pork with lemon juice, salt and peper. Sprinkle with flour. Pour milk over it, adding a clove of garlic to the juices. Cook in a medium oven (350 degrees) 30 minutes to the pound.

    Serves 8 to 10
