• 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Bovril (beef extract)
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/2 jar Roquefort cheese spread
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • Directions

    Blend the cheese and Bovril. Cut the onion in half and Scrape with a sharp knife to give you 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoon of onion juice. Combine with cheese and mayonnaise. Serve with thin slices of zucchini, strips of green pepper, celery, Cauliflower, carrot, etc.

    Serves 10 to 15
