• 2 eggs
  • 2 heaping teaspoons flour
  • 3 tablespoons strained honey
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 1 (10 ounce) box frozen golden kernel cut corn
  • Butter
  • Paprika
  • Finely chopped parsley
  • Directions

    Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a bowl beet eggs and add flour slowly. Then add honey and half and half while continuing to beat. Fold corn into mixture and pour into 1 1/2-pint greased baking dish. Top with dots of butter and sprinkle lightly with paprika. Set in a shiillow pan of water and bake for 35 to 45 minutes. Remove and garnish with parsley before serving.
