• 2 cups leftover chicken or turkey, cut up
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Sald and pepper
  • Directions

    Saute onions until clear in butter. Add meat, sprinkle with flour, stir and brown. Add broth and stir until thickened to consistency of cream sauce.Season to taste. Delicious with batter bread or waffles. Beef can be used in place of chicken or turkey.
