• 8 to 10 fresh peaches, sliced and peeled
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • Directions

    Put the peaches in a 1-quart buttered casserole and sprinkle with lemon juice and white sugar. Spread sour cream on evenly and dot evenly with brown sugar. Put under the broiler just long enough to caramelize. Watch carefully.
