• 1 pint oysters, Fresh
  • Herb seasoned stuffing mix
  • 6 strips bacon
  • Parsley, chopped coarsely
  • Directions

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place drained oysters in scallop shells (for individual servings) or in a shallow casserole. Cover with seasoned stuffing mix. Cut bacon into 1-inch pieces and cook until barely crisp. Place on top of stuffing or several pieces to each individual shell. Sprinkle chopped parsley on top. Bake for 15 Lo 20 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
