• 1 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • Directions

    Simmer gently 1 cup maple syrup for 30 minutes. In another pan bring 1/2 cup whipping cream to almost boiling point. Add to syrup and boil together 10 minutes. Take off the stove and when cool whip vigorously. Good warm or cold on ice cream or pudding.

    Yield: 1 cup
