• 1 quart milk
  • 6 eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • Dash salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Maple syrup
  • Directions

    Put a teaspoon of maple syrup in the bottom of ten 1/2 cup size custard cups. Beat together the other ingredient and pour on top of the syrup. Set the custard cupe in a pan of water and bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour or until custard is firm, Chill and serve.

    Serves 10
