• 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon marjoram
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • White pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 2 pound fresh flounder filets, skinned
  • Directions

    Combine all ingredients except flounder and marinate flounder in this mixture for 2 hours. Place flounder inside a fish grilling rack and cook over hot coals for approximately 5 minutes on 1 side and 7 minutes on the other side. Baste fish with marinade while it is cooking. A hinged grilling rack is essential so that the fish can be easily turned.
