• 12 pound fresh ham
  • Vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 bottle Marsala wine
  • 1 cup water
  • Brown sugar
  • Directions

    Rub ham with vinegar and garlic cloves. Place in a casserole and pour 1 bottle of Marsala over it. Add water and sprinkle with brown sugar. Wrap ham in foil and cook in a slow oven (325 degrees) 25 minutes per pound.
