• 6 filet of sole
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 1/4 minced onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parsley, chopped
  • Butter
  • 1/2 pint cream
  • Paprika
  • Sliced, blanched almonds
  • Directions

    Lay filets in a single layer in a flat, well-buttered pyrex dish. Squeeze lemon juice over them. Sprinkle with chopped mushrooms, minced onion, salt, pepper and parsley. Dot with butter and pour cream over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. When done, sprinkle top with paprika and almonds. Put under broiler to brown slighly.
