• 4 boneless chicken breasts, split
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted
  • 1 orange
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 pound mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine or sherry
  • Parsley
  • Directions

    Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Brown in a skillet. Put the chicken in an oven-proof dish and add melted butter, orange peel, lemon peel, and some of the juice from both fruits. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and add the sour cream, mushrooms and wine. Then bake an additional 10 minutes. When ready, Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.

    Serves 4 to 6
