• 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons coffee liqueur
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Directions

    Melt chocolate with coffee liqueur and orange juice over low heat; set aside. Put egg yolks, whole eggs, vanilla and sugar in blender. Blend 2 minutes at medium speed. Add cream and blend 30 seconds. Add chocolate mixture and blend. Pour into containers and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving. This may be served with cream.

    Serves 5 to 6
