The Mount Vernon Inn can arrange to provide a continental breakfast, coffee breaks, lunches, dinner or cocktail receptions. However, food and beverages are not permitted in the Auditorium.

Corporate/Business Rate:

$700 for two hours and $100 each additional hour

Non-Profit Rate:

$350 for two hours and $100 each additional hour

Equipment that is available and included with rental:

• Lectern with microphone
• Hand-held remote
• 18'x9' electric projection screen
• Telephone in the AV control room and backstage, and phone intercom system to AV room
• Wireless ADA-approved hearing-assist system
• Multi-zoned public address system, with theater chime, and two speakers at the back of the Auditorium; 22 additional speakers outside the Auditorium to provide sound, in optional zones, to the main lobby, outer lobby, the Shops, and building corridors (not in the Mount Vernon Inn Restaurant)
• 3 stage-mounted input boxes for microphones and/or computer-generated presentation
• Satellite TV audio and video feed
• Output sound connectivity for film crews at six wall locations in the Auditorium
• Two sources for output connectivity for TV monitors outside the Auditorium in the lobby

Equipment at Mount Vernon available for additional fees: ($100 per hour)

• FEE: S-VHS VCR player
• FEE: Up to 3 hand-held microphones with table-top stands (two additional hand-wired table top microphones are available)
• FEE: 3 lapel microphones
• FEE: DVD/DC player
• FEE: 5-disc CD player
• FEE: Audio cassette recorder/player
• FEE: LCD projection system for computer and video presentations
• FEE: Slide projector

Additional fees may be charged for the set up for the breakdown of the more advanced equipment by a professional AV company. Mount Vernon staff will set up and break down basic equipment, however, will not remain during the entire rental period for basic equipment. Any additional equipment necessary will be arranged through an outside company for additional fees.
