Group Reservation Request Form

We are currently accepting reservations for 2013.

To request a group reservation, please complete the following form. An invoice and confirmation will be emailed to you within 72 hours. If your selected date or program is not available, a reservations agent will contact you to make alternate arrangements. For assistance, contact our Reservations Office at 703-799-8688 or groups@mountvernon.org.

Payment may be made by check or credit card. Full payment is due 7 days prior to your arrival. All sales are final, non-refundable and non-transferable.

Special Student Programs

School sponsored visits only (K-12). Available seasonally as capacity allows. Program fees are non-refundable and must be paid at least two weeks in advance. The following Program Fees are charged per tour group of up to 33 people.

Special Discounts for Local Title One Schools

For VA, DC, MD schools participating in special student programs. Don't let tight budgets prohibit your field trip to Mount Vernon! Qualified Title 1 Schools are eligible for a 50% discount on student admission! During Colonial Days, Qualified Title 1 Schools are also eligible for a $50 rebate per bus.
