Beginning in the 1940’s, Mr. Gibby and his wife Anne began assembling a collection of prints featuring scenes from the life of George Washington. The dozens of prints served as the basis for a wildly successful traveling exhibition in New Jersey as well as for a videotape about George Washington distributed to tens of thousands of students.
