Washington’s Grist Mill Miniature Heirloom Series Cross Stitch Kit

Washington’s Grist Mill Miniature Heirloom Series Cross Stitch Kit

Price: $8.00

The 18th century water-powered mill played an important role in George Washington’s vision for America’s future.  The Mount Vernon Ladies’ Association has reconstructed Washington’s gristmill on Dogue Creek, just a few miles south of the Mount Vernon mansion.  A stone mill equipped with two sets of millstones turns grain into flour and corn into meal as it was done 200 years ago.

The kit includes craft material, floss, needle, instructions, and a color image of the completed project.

Finished miniature is 3” x 2” on 18 count Charles Craft fabric.

Made in America.
