In days gone by, samplers were stitched by young girls to practice and to display their embroidery skills.  Many of these sampler patterns and designs were handed down from one generation to the next.  Today, samplers are being revived as a reminder of the rich heritage of our past.  The motif of this petite sampler features the west front of George and Martha Washington’s beloved Mount Vernon.

Finished size is 4” x 6” on 18 count Charles Craft fabric.Kit includes Charles Craft material, DMC floss, needle, chart, instructions, and a color illustration of the finished project.  Fits standard 5” x 7” frame (not included).
