Mount Vernon, Home of Washington: Representing the Two Hundred Acres Purchased by the Ladies’ Association, 9” x 12” Black and White Canvas Print

Mount Vernon, Home of Washington: Representing the Two Hundred Acres

Price: $16.95

The original 1859 lithograph by Thomas S. Sinclair, after H. Whateley, shows a bird’s-eye view of the mansion, outbuildings, and tomb of George Washington.  It commemorates the rescue of this national shrine just after the Mount Vernon Ladies’ Association purchased the property and dedicated themselves to preserving the estate.  The lithograph has been carefully reproduced on canvas using the best archival materials available today and will resist fading for 100 years.  This print is shrink-wrapped on foam core.  The ready-to-frame print is designed to fit a 9” x 12” frame. Made in Virginia.
