The east front of George Washington's home is captured on this 9 1/2" x 4 1/2" x 1" block. The wood is carved to allow for the dove-of-peace weather vane atop the Mansion's cupola. Painted to reflect the true colors of Mount Vernon, this block is primarily blue. Larger than many Cat's Meow Villages pieces, this one shows some of the outbuildings as well. Look for Casper the cat near the colonnades.
