The central decoration of this large, ornamental belt buckle is a hand-painted medallion that features the Great Seal of the United States.  The oval brass buckle is black and gold-toned and the field of the medallion has been painted black with the details painted in gold, red, navy blue and green.  After the artist painted and fired the medallion, a protective finish was baked onto it.

The unique oval belt buckle measures 3 ½” x 2 ¼” and the center medallion is 1 ½” in diameter.
