Silver was an important part of the 18th century household and collecting charms and small silver mementos was as popular then as it is today.  The dove of peace was the inspiration for George Washington’s weathervane which he designed for the mansion cupola at Mount Vernon.   These sterling silver dove of peace stud earrings follow that design.  Earrings are 3/8” tall and ½” wide.

Hand made in the USA.
