Mount Vernon, Home of Washington: Representing the Two Hundred Acres Purchased by the Ladies’ Association, Black and White Stretched Canvas Print
The original 1859 lithograph by Thomas S. Sinclair, after H. Whateley, shows a bird’s-eye view of the mansion, outbuildings, and tomb of George Washington. It commemorates the rescue of this national shrine just after the Mount Vernon Ladies’ Association purchased the property and dedicated themselves to preserving the estate. Using the finest archival materials available today, the lithograph has been carefully reproduced on canvas and hand-mounted on wood stretchers in gallery-wrap style. The ready-to-hang print will resist fading for 100 years. Made in Virginia.
Please note that the 18" x 24" item cannot be shipped internationally.
