“No estate in United America is more pleasantly situated than this” wrote George Washington of his beloved home.  This hinged box is a wonderfully detailed, architecturally accurate version of Mount Vernon complete with red roof and cupola.  Made of resin with a brass hinge and clasp, the base of the 2 ½” tall box measures 3 ½” x 2 ½”.
