This equestrian white resin sculpture is a powerful likeness of George Washington in the classical revival style of the late 18th and early 19th century.  During that period Americans created their own patriotic heroes reinterpreted from French and English versions of Greek and Roman masterpieces.  George Washington, America’s first president, was such a hero. 

The height, including the oval pedestal stand is 4 ¾” and the length is 5”.
