The host of the series, Chef Walter Staib, demonstrates a true mastery in the preparation of sophisticated 18th century cuisine, sure to inspire the home cook.
The Chef visits to Colonial Williamsburg and to historic Harriton House and prepares Oyster Stew, Roasted Duckling and an 18th century French meal to honor General Lafayette.
