Blue and white Cantonware, known for its traditional hand-painted views of domestic life in China, served as the “everyday china” for George Washington and his family.  The pattern on this elegant sateen silk scarf is adapted from Blue Canton china in the Mount Vernon Collection.

The oblong scarf is 18” x 72”.  100% silk.  Hand wash or dry clean.
